Dr. Smith (“Dr. Brian”) is the Medical Director and lead liposuction surgeon at both Aliestetic Naples and Aliestetic Miami.
Dr. Smith is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. He completed his undergraduate studies at Ohio University before going on to attend medical school and complete his surgical residency at the Medical College of Ohio (now the University of Toledo). He began his surgical career in general and trauma surgery in Richmond, Virginia. Years later, he moved to Naples, FL, as he has always loved Florida and desired to be near the ocean.
Ultimately, he discovered the field of cosmetic surgery, and the artist in him felt immediately drawn to it, particularly liposuction. He has an incredible eye for even the smallest detail, which has helped him to perfect his awake liposuction procedure. Dr. Smith believes that, just as no two bodies are the same, the surgical approach must also be tailored and customized to each individual patient.
Dr. Smith performs liposuction and hair transplants (as well as other cosmetic procedures) at both Aliestetic locations. He is also a general surgeon and Chief of Staff at Physicians Regional Medical Center.
In his spare time, Dr. Brian enjoys running and spending time on the water, fishing and boating with his wife and 3 young daughters, who also frequent the Naples clinic.
Courtney is an aesthetic Physician Assistant (PA-C) who specializes in cosmetic procedures and injectables. She has special interests in GLP-1 medical weight management, neurotoxins (Botox, Xeomin, etc.) as well as liposuction and for helping patients achieve their body goals through this particular procedure. She conducts preoperative evaluations, assists during procedures, and performs lipo and hair transplant postoperative care.
She is originally from Pensacola, Florida and attended college in Alabama where she studied Spanish and Pre-Med. She moved to SWFL for PA school, after which she began her PA career in Neurosurgery. She and Dr. Smith married and had 3 little girls. During that time, Dr. Smith was frequently working and performing liposuction at Aliestetic in Miami. With the overwhelming demand for this procedure, Dr. Smith needed a surgical assistant. This led Courtney to join her husband and the Aliestetic family. Years later, the husband and wife team opened the newest branch of Aliestetic— Aliestetic Naples.
Amanda is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) specializing in aesthetic medicine with a particular passion for neurotoxins, dermal fillers—including biostimulatory fillers such as Radiesse—and PRP/PRF therapies for both facial rejuvenation and orthopedic joint injections. She brings more than twenty years of medical experience, pairing technical expertise with a deep appreciation for ageless, natural beauty.
Her passion for aesthetics began early—shaped by a childhood spent watching her mother, a beautician, and her grandmother, a nurse. This blend of artistry and medicine is at the heart of Amanda’s treatment approach: making sure her patients feel confident and naturally beautiful, inside and out, while building life long, trusted relationships.
Originally from Hudson Valley, New York, Amanda holds a Master of Science in Sports Medicine. After relocating to Naples in 2004, she became deeply rooted in the orthopedic medical community, later completing her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies. IN addition to her work in orthopedic surgery, she has advanced her scope of practice through advanced training in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and PRP aesthetics—allowing her to combine her expertise in structure, anatomy, and graceful rejuvenation.
A SWFL native, Kim grew up on Marco Island. She left the area to attend the University of Florida (Go Gators!), where she received a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and then went on to attend Barry University and obtained a Master’s of Science in Anesthesiology. Ultimately, Kim decided to return to her roots in SWFL, and she, along with her husband and 2 daughters, now lives in Naples, where she works as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
Always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow her skill set, Kim entered into the field of Aesthetics. She loves the artistic aspect of the industry and enjoys helping her clients recognize and enhance their natural beauty and inherent features. Kim specializes in neurotoxin and dermal fillers.

She is now a dedicated Medical Aesthetician, specializing in lashes, brows, and skin care through various facials, dermaplaning, LED therapy, chemical peels, microneedling, and more. In her downtime, Ley enjoys reading, relaxing at the beach, and spending quality time with her family, fiance, and her Goldendoodle, Milo.
Dr. Frank Perez completed his medical degree and surgical residency at the University of Medical Sciences of La Havana, Cuba. As an International Medical Doctor with a strong foundation in General and Plastic Surgery, he brings his expertise to the field of Hair Restoration after advanced training with world-renowned surgeons.
His professional journey reflects a passion for precision, artistry, and innovation in aesthetic and regenerative medicine. Dedicated to enhancing both appearance and confidence, Dr. Perez combines the latest techniques in FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) and sapphire blade technology with an individualized, patient-centered approach. His goal is to deliver natural, refined, and lasting results through personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique hair goals.

Dr. Rodolfo Valdés Palacio is a foreign-trained physician with over six years of surgical experience and a strong background in General Surgery. He earned his medical degree from the University of Medical Sciences of Havana, graduating with the distinguished Gold Title, and completed his surgical residency at Calixto García Hospital, Cuba’s National Trauma Center.
After relocating to the U.S., Dr. Valdés worked as a Board-Certified Surgical Assistant (SA-C), assisting in hundreds of robotic, laparoscopic, and open procedures across multiple specialties, including plastic surgery. His transition into hair restoration reflects his meticulous surgical skill, artistic eye, and focus on natural, confidence-restoring results.
